Need help buying 2 parts OEM

first part:
my trunk has 2 hooks that hold my cargo net up, the hook on the right side *plastic* broke from being old when I tried to screw it out by hand, So i need a new hook?



second part:
I use to have racing seats, I put back in my Stock seats, passenger seat wont slide forward when pulling up on the handle, I think I took the spring off years ago when I took the seat out *dont remember*, but everything is fine but it wont slide foward so I need some advice on weather to buy a new spring or a new track?!


Hope you guys can help me I've looked online for the hooks but only found the cargo net which is expensive, all i need is the hook?!

The first part:

I found from surfing the net its called a t-anchor, which is what you wrap the cargo net loops around to hold it up, so maybe i can get ford tommorro to get me one
