I've been having this problem for around a month. After letting the car idle for 10 mins, the rpm's would start to hunt for idle. After 20 minutes, if you give some gas the car would die. If I tried to fire it up right away it would not start and had to wait around an hour for the car to start up. The panel lights up, tried the night lights to see if it's battery related, but the starter won't do anything (no sound, click, etc...). The starter was replaced but my problem didn't stopped. Today I fixed the idle situation. After letting the car idle for more than an hour (and turning the car off and starting it again 3 times), I took the car for a drive around my neighborhood. When I got back home I turned the car off. I tried to turned the car on but, once again, it did nothing. After 40mins the car fired up as if nothing had happened. What could be causing the problem?
FYI: I changed the AODE for a C6 with a manual valve body but the TR is the one from the AODE (I'm using a Tweecer). Could that be a place to check?
