I went out to start my car and it is dead, the batery has juice, all that happens when i go to start it is the starter clicks, but wont turn it over, all the radio stations that i had programed are all rest now, does this mean it is a bad connection somewhere, of is my starter dead!!!

Sounds like the starter's gone.

You can try to gently tap it with a hammer, then crank the engine to get it started.

the batery has juice

Does that battery have a full 12.6 volts?

If the battery doesn't have full voltage, then the memory may have reset. That might also be part of the problem...

make sure the negative battery terminal is tight, chase the wires and have look at all the ground points, make sure they're clean and tight

good luck

I would have kept your old battery in place and used a jumper battery (less variables introduced that way).

Voltage and available current don't always correlate. In a situation like yours, I turn on the headlights and see if they dim out quickly. Then if they seem ok, I watch voltage while cranking. It should not go below about 10 volts.

Hef's advice was very solid. Check all the battery connections. By process of elimination, you can narrow it down to the starter (when they start to go, they can create an excessive draw).

I still like the bad battery or cable connection idea however (partially because you lose presets. That means your dome light and other stuff probably go out as well).

Dont forget to clean the PDC stud on the side of the underhood fusebox. It's arguably the most important and overlooked positive connection on the car. It happens to be known for corroding.

I have also had luck using a jumper cable in parallel with existing cables. I mirrora given cable, one at a time, while trying to start the car. If it magically starts, the cable you're paralleling is likely deficient.

Good luck.

Exactly the same thing happened to me a few months ago and I found out that the battery cables weren't properly tightened on the terminals.
Another possibility, in you case, is that you could have a bad/loose ground connection but my money's on the first.
