ok so i need a new front bumper and i cant decide on which one to get.

A) Stock and just put my mach 1 lip back on
B) 99/01 cobra front bumper
C) 03/04 cobra front bumper
D) other

Pics would be great in helping me decide on which one to get. and also i may be soon getting a cowl hood. so which bumper would look best with this combo?

i voted 99/01 front.. i didnt use to like them until the other day i passed a green 99/01 cobra and that front looked hella mean... with/without the chin spoiler you definatly cant go wrong with it... heres a pic of one, not green though

im still kinda torn between the 99/01 and the 03/04 bumper, i just cant decide. Well i can get a killer deal on a brand new 03/04 right now, and im trying to work out a deal with someone with an 01 right now. so we'll see how that goes.

i would say be different and go with something like a saleen front( just for the fun of being different), but if you want nice clean lines go with the stock gt with chin spoiler.

Most non mustang freak type people would probably think the stock front
bumper looks best since the lines are near perfect design wise.
Its just were all tired of seeing the same thing.
Aint nothing wrong with this......................

it depends on how the rest of the car looks. Overall flow is the most important IMO. For example, the 03-04 Cobra front bumper looks best when paired with 03-04 Cobra sideskirts, which gives the car a more smooth/sleek look. Stock front bumper w/chin spoiler and stock sideskirts makes it look more edgy. Sometimes, mixing it up doesn't always produce the most desirable result. For example, a mustang with a bulkier terminator front bumper and no rear spoiler makes the car look too front heavy IMO.

im a huge fan of the stock bumper with a chin spoiler as many people on the forum that have em, i actually have never seen one on any other mustang ive passed around here..or in other places at that... it makes the car look mean IMO

but now that ive seen the 99/01 cobra bumper in person, im really diggin that look

Out of the choices listed, 99/01 Cobra. The 99/01 bumpers paired with a 00 R hood makes for one of the meanest front ends I've ever seen on a mustang.

The GT bumper has distinctive fog lights whereas the 03/04 bumper has round fog lights like a Pontiac minivan's and every other car on the road so I say GT bumper.

night shifter, i really like how that car looks from the front. i really like the look of the 01 cobra bumper.
Laser as far as how the whole car looks. right now the whole exterior is stock from bumper to bumper, minus the grill delete and bullitt fuel door. but in the near future i do plan on getting a cowl hood so not sure which bumper will really go with this.

This is how my car looked before the tow dolly ate my bumper. except for now I have clear corner head lights

Def. go 99/01 Cobra. It will look good with your stock hood until you get an aftermarket one, and it will look even meaner when you do, and almost nobody runs one. That is why I want one, but I am just shopping around until I can find a wrecked one to steal the bumper off of it, or until a CAPA certified one becomes available. The market has been flooded with 03/04 bumpers and alot of enthusiasts are starting to pick those up. In my local club about 3 or 4 guys just got Termi bumpers in the past 6 months...I am running the 10th Anny rims, so I also think that will set off my car when I get a hood too.

03/04 Cobra plus a 95 Cobra R hood = pure sex. Add on the 03/04 cobra side skirts and I don't think there is a better looking stang IMO.
