Electrical Need help identifying part

I dropped my dash as im restoring my 88 convertible and realized I never took a picture of this part, Do these 2 pieces go together? The yellow hose piece is part of the green set of lines that go to the ac control switches on the dash.

Yes that should connect to the vacuum solenoid in your picture.
