I'm working on restoring a 93 LX coupe and I had to replace a fender that was dented. Underneath the fender in the wheel well area I noticed a bracket type piece and also noticed wires that a previous owner cut. Anybody know what both of these things are for? The first picture I'm talking about that bracket with the two holes and second picture I'm talking about the wires on the top right that have been cut. These pics are from the LH driver side fender wheel well
