Hey bros I just got my set of Ford Racing Bullitt Pedals today and have no clue on how to put them on. I tried everything and I especially do not know how to replace the accelerator. Anyone help me out? Thanks
the rubber is way too tight to get around the metal. I just cant get it around all the way. Plus i have absolutely no clue on how to change the accelerator.
Run hot water over the pedals for about 30 sec, this will help with the install of the pedals, I also used a little screw driver from the back of the pedal, for the gas pedal I think there is one bolt at the top of the pedal remove it and it makes it easier to remove the little rod that holds the pedal on. Good luck it takes a little work.

I have read people talk about using soap and water...soap and hot water...heating the things up with a hair dryer...sticking a corner on then using a small flathead screwdriver to help ease them on....mashing the damn thing with your foot in a clockwise motion..Their is a pin on the acceletor pedal that you have to poke outta there, some people go to Home Depot and get a replacement bolt and washer, because its apparently about impossible to get that sucker back in there.
I am in the process of looking into getting these. These are things I have read from doing a search. There is alot of helpful info. And plenty of people say its one of the toughest mods they have done, but they all like the look. Good luck man

Yep, use a small mirror, a light, some wd-40 and a couple flat blade screw drivers. For the gas pedal, it's tricky. The pin needs to be removed. We did it on both GTs, but it wasn't easy...
Damn, wish I had these instructions before we did both our GTs. We went into it blind...I 'let' my wife install 'em on her GT. She had 'em on quicker than I did. Still it was a bear for both of us. And we didn't take the gas pedal off but somehow got the pin in and out. It was not easy, but the results are soooo cool.
