need help on a code 96

scaned codes and got a 96. Anyone know what causes this and how to fix it?

Fuel pump relay.Whats your car doing???Does the fuel pump prime??Which code engine off key on?

It is a key on engine off code. Every once in a while it feels like the car just up and dies on me for a split second. Usually only does this twice or so when first start driving then it is fine again. If the relay is a problem where is it and how hard is it to change?

on your 90, it should be under the drivers seat.
