My passenger head light when i turn the high beams on it dims out. Im guessing i need a new bulb do i have to take my whole middle front head light out. I try to pop it out and it dont come.

PUt down the tools and step away from the car
seriously pop the hood turn the lock a quarter turn and pull the light out, un clip it and put in a new one-DONT touch the new bulb with your fingers.
