Need Help TODAY please

I'm trying to decide between a Diablo Chip and a Hypertech programmer. I want to make the decision today, because I have been driving on my new gears with no speedo correction and I am afraid I might mess something up!! PLEASE HELP!

Do you have auto or 5-speed?I haven't had any trouble out of my programmer at all.Probably the worst thing that you are doing to your car right now is racking up false miles.

With the hypertech, you program then disconnect the programmer right? If that's the case, I just need to find someone around my locale to borrow after the gear swap.

Get the chip, and then get it dynotuned. Programmer just adjusts gear ratios, and a couple other details. Not worth the price.

No, they were smarter than that.It takes your stock settings and puts them in the programmer so that it can only be used on one car.
