Need Help URGENT! Driver side window will not...

The driver side window will not roll up, passenger side is ok. I don't have the time to take it to the dealer today; I just want to roll up the window. I have the Ford Alarm system, there is no way to roll up or down the window from the remote only from inside the car.


Help please.

Any noise when you press the button ? Does the regulator motor spin ? You may be lucky and just have a bad switch. Otherwise , remove the door panel , and take a look. If you need to secure the car over night and the window regulator, bracket or support, etc. is broken, you can use a piece of wood to prop the window up until you get to the glass repair shop or dealer.

was the driver side of your car in direct sunlight for an extended period of time, if so it's just an overheated window switch relay.All u need to do is park it in a shaded area for a few hours and it will work again. I have the same problem with my 02 conv.
