Well guys thanks for looking

heres the thing i am getting ready to install all of the items listed...

Eddy Performer 5.0 upper lower intake
BBK 70mm TB
BBK UD Pulleys

Here are some of the things off the top of my head.

Gaskets for the intake manifold. I can't remember if there is one between the upper/lower. Someone here can post further on this; As I remember RTV being mentioned, but I am not sure if it can be used all the way around.

New gasket for the TB to intake plenum.
Access to air tools for the u/d pullies.
New o-rings for the injectors (unless they have new ones)

As for the gears, I made a thread w/ a list of everything that I bought for the install. Some things I didn't use, but I just wanted to have them on hand in case I had a problem (i.e. carrier/pinion bearings).

Here it is. Also, here is a link to things that came up that were slightly unexpected & might help you out.

I can't think of anything else. Good luck!
Scott

silicone gasket maker.

youll need the gaskets from:
-the lower plenum to the heads
-thermostat gasket
-TB to elbow (shouldve come with tb)
-EGR gasket to elbow
-Elbow to upper plenum

Maybe invest in new PCV valve, new vacuum hoses, etc.

oh, and to make life easier for your buddy, get a rear end overhaul kit that way there is no need to go searching for the parts for the gear install. You dont NEED a new shift knob either.
