Need help with 2000 explorer 5.0 swap

Hey guys I bought a 2000 explorer 5.0 to put in my 68 cougar so my question is what do i need to swap?, Oil pan yes, dip stick yes, but it has the non dist motor.. I will change the timing chain and cover but what about the harmonic balancer and pullys. Im going to use newer mustang pullys with a ac delete pully.. Any help would be great.. Going carb by the way with a 85 t-5
