Ok guys, I found what looks like a Grant steering wheel in my garage my dad had on one of his old 67' mustangs. I want to put it on my car. It looks like a Grant wodden wheel, its 3 spoke, with 5 bolts. I have the hub for it but it was on a 67' mustang. I am clueless when it comes to any of this. Will someone tell me if the hub from the 67 will work? Do I need some kind of adapter? Do I need a new hub specific for the wheel? Any help is appreciated.
Grant should have an adapter for your steering wheel if your stock wheel is not the air bag type I believe. They had an adapter for the Grant LeMans GT steering wheel I have in my '87.
I think grant makes an adapter to work with the airbag wheel, I know I've seen it before. I wouldn't really want that generation 1 bag staring at my nose and thumbs anyway. I would give Grant a call.
