ive got a 302 w/ flat pistons w/ large reliefs(Approximate compression 9.08:1 with a 58.2cc head.)
ported and shaved e5's w/ gt40 valves about 62cc chambers
edelbrock performer
holley 670 street avenger carb
t5 w/ 373's
with these items above i currently have a trick flow stage 1 with 1.7 rr.
the car has decent power but i feel it to be lacking, i do understand that the compression ratio may currently not be great but the car doesent seem very fast to me. but the motor sounds amazing and runs great, has no problem roasting the 555r's through second.
im wondering if a cam swap might wake it up or if i need to spend a good chunk of cash to actually get some decent go out of it. its not slow by any means but i feel it could be better for what it is.
anyone got any good cam choices?
