need help with flashing air bag light

PLEASE HELP:::

The air bag light flashes very fast on cold starts along with a clicking noise coming from behind the ac controls. I am lost, I have checked the connecttions and can't seem to figure it out. Any advice out there?

i think theres a little box behind there if im not mistaken....sounds like somethings shorting out. i dont really know the specifics on it though

i had a flash for a while , but it was because my hood-prop rod was grounding out the sensor bolts incorrectly...i figured that out when i put elec. tape over them and it quit.

The Blue Box in the Dash is the Air Bag Diagnostic Monitor.
