need help with ignition probloms

hey guys my first post to stang net and its a problom go figure, i have a 1993 mustang gt that used to be a aod now i just switched out to a tkoII 5 speedi switched the sensors and everything and installed a 306 blower motor and i put in a msd 6al and i hooked everything up and have a few questions
1. were is the yellow timing acceory wire that msd says to hook the white wire to
2. would the boost controller not being hooked up cause it to not spark
3. if it blew the 20gauge fuseable link what else could have blown we changed the pcm and checked all the wires to make sure there not burnt but now it wont spark does the msd box have a fuse in it and would the white wire not being hooked up from the msd box cause it not to spark any help would be appreciated.

ok, need more info. the MSD guys might know which wires you are talkin about on the first part - not I.

which 20 gauge link did you fry? were it me and i was having some issues like this, i might ditch the MSD box for now, to simplify things. then once up and running, toss it back in (to limit variables). if i was more MSD conversant, i could probably help you out more. good luck - sounds like a nice project you are working on! :nice:
