Here's MM's instructions for their LCA's.

The install will be the same for the LCA's you bought.
I don't know of a site for the UCA's but it's pretty straight forward. I found it best to remove the springs first and then remove and install them one at a time (remove left, install left, remove right, install right). Have the car up on jack stands (under the subframes) and use a jack to move the axle wherever you want it.
Some guys have dropped the entire axle and swapped everything, then reinstalled the axle. If you're in the driveway on jackstands however, I firmly believe my way is easier.
So basically, remove the LCA axle bolts and pull out the springs (SPRINGS ARE F'N DANGEROUS! USE CAUTION!). Put the LCA's back in with the nut loosely threaded on the bolt. Remove and replace the UCA's. Replace the LCA's and reinstall the springs at the same time.
