I was changing out my shocks this weekend with a buddy & we kinda messed things up.

I went inside to hit the john and when I returned, my buddy had already taken off both front shocks. I thought "awesome", dude got a jump start and tackled the fronts while I was indisposed. I go to put in the new shocks and remembered that the shocks need some spacers on top and bottom of the shock tower before everything is bolted down. I know that MM says to test out and try the 4 spacers to see which ones work with the ride height. My buddy can’t remember how many were on the top or the bottom and to make matters worse - he can't remember where he put the spacers. I have a whole bunch left over that I saved as MM sent my two bags of parts instead of just one.

My question is for the ones that are running the 4 bolt pattern, how many did you all use for the top and the bottom? I am running H&R SS springs and Bilstein shocks. I would appreciate any input.

I have 2 large (1/2") and one small (1/4") on top of the CC plate (both sides) and one small (1/4") on the underside of the CC Plates. I probably could have gotten away with the 1/8" spacers on the underside of the CC Plates but did not want to take the chance of not clearing uninstalling then reinstalling. Now my car has been lowered significantly so I needed the extra spacers on top to get more shock travel. So it depends on your ride height. MM gave some suggestions in the instructions on which spacers to use. However, I'd definately say to use 1/4" on the underside though.
