I don't really know where to begin so please be patient! This is my brother in-laws car but I am trying to help him out.

When flooring the car it misses something awful, but if you go down on the gas slow it runs fine. The parts below are all new to try and find out what is going on:

24lb injectors
80mm Pro-M w/ 24lb calibration
Accufab TB
MSD Coil packs
New Fuel pump
New O2 Sensors
New Fuel Pressure Regulator

Sometimes the car runs perfectly but other times it runs like crap. The car has a Pro-chamber and diablo chip. I have had him remove the chip to see if it helped but it didn't. In fact the car seems to run better w/ it. The car isn't throwing any codes. It seems like it is loading up w/ fuel but doesn't blow any black smoke that I can tell. Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated!

Yeah $hit happens. But this wasn't hit fault, his mom (my mother in-law) ran on curb when she was parking. It will be replaced in the next couple of weeks.

The problem is those funny looking cervanti side scoops. J/k sounds like a A/F problem probably due to the mass air meter.
