Nope.
Does it feel like nothing is hooked to it or just does not pull far enough? Pull the door panel and see if the holes where the rod attaches is worn, sometimes you can tweek the rod but not by much.

Likely the hole for the rod is broken, your gonna have to pull the door panel and replace the outside handle, your gonna need a big assed rivet tool.

Your handle might be broken, take the trim panel off and see what it looks like. It sounds like the rod is just disconnected.

If you need a new inner handle, they're pretty cheap through LMR or any of the other parts stores as well.

Sorry, miss read your post, INSIDE door handle, easy peasy, one phillips head for trim around it and one for the handle itself, you will have to move it forward or backward, can't remember, there are tabs that hold one end.

Thanks everyone, I figured it out, nothing broken I had replaced some of the plastic panel tabs and it was interfering with the rod. Removed the tab it works fine.
