Need Help!!!?!?!??

I changed the spark plugs on my girls honda accord yesterday and now the car hesitates once in a while when you punch the gas....I checked the spark plugs again today for the correct gapping and made sure all the spark plug wires were snug and tight....The car did not hesitate before I changed out the plugs, anybody have any ideas as to what I should do next?

one of the wires could have gotten damaged in the process of changing the plugs. you can test them using a multi meter.

How much can I pick up a multi meter for? Is it easy to test? Should I just replace the wires, the other ones are kinda old already anyways....

heres a good site on how to test wires. I'm not sure if autozone rents multimeters out, but I think it would be best you could find a friend with one. I dont know how much honda spark plug wires are, but if there as much as mustang wires, it would be worth it to test them first.

Thank you, I think replacement wires are like $35 so that's not too bad...I think one of my buddies has a multi meter, so I will call him.

Testing wires with a multimeter isn't good enough. Sure you can measure the resistance, but it doesn't tell you if the insulation is failing or the boots are carbon tracked. At $35 dollars, I'd replace the wires.

Double check the plug wires. One might not be seating coorrectly. My Eclipse was doing the same thing and turned out one of the plug wires had a short in it.

Thanks for the help, I changed out the wires and that didn't solve the problem....Took it to my mechanic, and it turns out my MAF sensor was not connected properly to the cars computer. He fixed the problem and now the car runs great, plus he gave me a three month warranty, but I'm hoping that check engine light stays turned off!!!!!
