need help!!!!

I had something really weird happen to me today. and wanted to see if anyone out there has ever heard of this. I stopped at the store today, left the car running. Got in it put it in reverse, stopped, clutch tried to put it in 1st and my shifter wouldnt move..It was like stuck...I sat there and jacked with it for a few minutes and nothing.. I decided to call a tow truck. While the guy was loading it onto the truck it I was toying with the shifter.. It went back to normal. Any body have any idea what happened or why? I have never had this happen before on any manual tranny..

Mine (TR-3650) can be stiff and notchy when cold (pls no jokes needed here), but the T-45 is worse, notorious for getting stuck out of gear...but stuck IN gear? That is unusual. What year, what mods do you have? Aftermarket shifter? I'd change the fluid for starters. Mobil 1 synthetic or GM Syncromesh (AT fluids). You'll need 4 quarts...less than 4, but more than 3 )
