Where can i find some decent quality SPARK PLUG WIRE LOOM HOLDERS.... as well as loom for the rest of my harness...

Not sure about the spark plug wire loom, but I got my plastic wire loom for my harness at my local auto parts store and wrapped it all in electrical tape. The tape covers the loom entirely, so you can get any color loom you want and just cover it with the tape.
