Ok, before you guyz shoot me down keep in mind I don't know much about internals, or if this idea is even posible.
I have a 2000GT Manual with the following power mods, BBK full length headers, BBK x-pipe no cats, Flowmaster thunder series catback, BBK 75mm throtle body, P-1sc (8psi) with D-1 intercooler, it is chiped with injectors and a upgraded fuel pump.
My question is how much more would I put into it before I could hit the 600 rwhp rang. I am aware the rods in my car are junk right now, but I also know I would need to change out about everything in the block to get the power. The P-1's max PSI is 16.
Right now I'm making 366rwhp and 386rwtq.
Should I get a mroe powerful procharger or can I get the power I want with 16psi.
Please don't forget total pricing, because if it's a complete waste of money I'll just sell it off and get a 04 cobra. I would like to keep my GT because of custome paint and alot of body work. Plus 600hp out of a SOHC would be sweet.

You need a built motor (3K + install), ported heads (1.5k install with motor), blower cams (600 install with heads), custom tuning (300-500), bigger injectors and pumps (depending on the setup 1-2k with install), You might be able to make 600rwhp with what you have and the above if you run 16 lbs of boost on your current blower but I would upgrade so you can run less boost. Running a blower at its upper limits usually creates too much heat and too much wear. Consider the amount of money it will cost to mod a cobra to get 600rwhp from scratch before you make your decision.

To reach your goal of 600rwhp your going to need to upgrade to a D1. Then with a forged engine with ported heads with cams and good intake, you should reach your goal
