Need new end link rubber bushings... which brand?

I need to buy new end link rubber bushings for my '00 GT... I will appreciate your opinion on what to buy... I am not familiar with suspension stuff... Car is stock daily driver... I already got Ford stabilizer bar rubber bushings... I am having problems getting end link rubber bushings from the dealer so I will buy aftermarket...

Go with Energy Suspension, dude. And buy them from Pep Boys. Get the item number, go to the store, and have them order them for you.... this way THEY pay the shipping for you. A note though: Make sure you pay attention to the R or G in the last letter of the part number. The R is for red, G for black. If you don't include the letter, then the Pep Boys computer will not be able to find it. You must supply the part number. I bought some from them and they were like $18 a week ago.

Also, don't overtorque the end link nuts. I tried to torque mine to 130 FOOT pounds, should be 130 INCH pounds.

Yeah Murrays too. They carry Energy suspension end link bushings. Don't waste your money on the links. Mustang links always come out and can be put back together.

Good point! If all you have is a ft/lb tq wrench just torque it to 11lbs, thats about the same as 130 inch/lbs

I should check mine then. I just used an impact to put them on. I'm sure I went way over 11 ft lbs....hehehe
