LMAFs are NOT calibrated for any injector size. You can use them with any size you want - with a tune. In fact LMAFs NEED a tune on any car (except a later model Gen 2 Lightning) or it either will not run or run badly. I doesn't make sense to run a 90mm LAMF with 19 or 24# injectors, not because it won't work, but because the MAF will have way too much range for the power you are making.
