Take a look at the pic. the pan is leaking in this and th other corner. nowhere else.

Should i gently pry it off the corner (i put a dab of rtv in these corners only)
claen it up and put another dab of rtv or similar?

Or, just replace the gasket?

I always put a thin coating all around the pan and a bead at the front and rear even with the permadry 1pc gasket....taking it loose and adding most likely wont work. Make sure all the bolts are snug...

Well, I found a few pics on the web of where to put the bead and thin film.

I put it all on the block side, let it sit for about 5 minutes, set the gasket, then the pan. Torqued it all down, no leaks. (so far, knock on wood) I drove it about 25 miles and let it idle a bit before.

Need to adjust the clutch a little and i may change shifter handles.

no tire rub yet either. just a hare on the inside front ground effect/spoiler.

Well, I saw a few drops on the floor this morning. I have put about 275 miles on it.. Nothing major but I want perfection!

Maybe I will pull the engine over the winter when i am bored. I have a feeling that I will lose my mind this winter if i have nothing to do! LOL
