So I developed a bad miss earlier this week. Then it went away. In the meantime I got new Accel COP's. I just went to install them along with new plugs and I have the dreaded intake issue. Front two drivers side plug holes are swimming in coolant. I have the plastic crossover intake and its a 99 so no luck getting a new one from Ford. So I am going to have to buy a new one. PI correct?
Can any of you recommend some online sites where I could get one? I guess I am spending the evening price shopping and just wanted some expert input as to where to get it.
Thanks!!

Here is one on eBay for $189 "buy it now" price:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...tegory=36474&viewitem=&item=270107449058&rd=1

You know that the coolant was causing your misfire right? You do not need the Accell COPs now so you can return them and use the money to fix your intake.

$ 199.99 at Jegs and they are local, 30 minutes until they open up, hopefully they have one in stock. Now seems like a good time to upgrade the plenum and TB too. I'll probably keep the Accel COP's, I got a pretty good deal on them ($80)because someone had returned them once already and the boxes were pretty much destroyed.

Jegs had the intake, but dont carry the gasket kit and the intake doesnt come with the gaskets. WTF? I hit every local autoparts store and nobody has them in stock. Had to order a set (Felpro) from Advance. I guess the stang will have to sit until next weekend.

By "got them" do you mean you bought those parts or do you mean you actually installed them?

Installed them. I was ASE certified back in the early 90's while I put myself through college. Then I entered corporate america. Now I just wrench in my garage. Mostly rebuilding light crashes that my fathers towing company gets stuck with (which is what my 99 GT was), or helping friends and family to keep them from getting screwed by their mechanic.
