As you can see here, you'll get a lot of different opinions. I was going to warn you that most people would have negative things to say about the procomps because there tends to be a lot of bad press about them on forums. Most people will generally agree however, that the older procomp castings were where most people were having the issues. Again, generally speaking. The new castings tend to receive much better praise and seem to have fewer issues. Also, like I stated, if you're buying a bare casting, I believe there is some work that needs to be done before assembly. If you're buying them preassembled, they shouldn't be bad... hopefully. Your best friend would be a google search on the heads. You'll find that it's pretty split down the middle. Some people dont like them solely because theyre not made in the USA and to them that makes it impossible for the heads to have any redeemable quality. A lot of people are passing on "well my friends uncles cousin twice removed used them and (insert negative comment here.)" The people who havent actually ran them on their own vehicle, you have to take what they say with a grain of salt (including my opinions). When I was researching them for a customer, I found most of the newer comments to be generally pretty positive from people that were actually running them and most of the heads were bought from reputable (to the buyer) speed shops who recommended them for the budget the buyer was on. That being said, I still feel a 210cc head is a bit much for a NA 302. But again, thats my opinion. Talk to some engine builders, your cam grinder etc, see what they have to say. Look for combos similar to what you want to acheive and see what they used. Me personally, I'd use them on a nice 351 build up or a turbo or supercharged 302.
