NEED SOME ASSISTANCE

I will be buying my VT Stage II cams soon along with nextec manely springs.What is the best site to buy these from. I need to know where I can get the spring compresser and the air compressor tool that goes in the spark plug hole to hole the valves up. I am in Iraq now for 3 more months so if there is a site i can order these from so they are sitting at the house waiting for me that would be great. If there is anything else I need to do the install please let me know.

Also I'm not sure which engine I have windsor or romero. How can I tell other then by looking at the valve cover bolts. Can I tell by the VIN.

i got the compressor at advance auto and the valve tool at pep boys $30 for both as far as a website i saw a package with both on ebay the other day so id check there but both of those stores had them in stock i had to look around for the vavle tool though

99-mid 2001 have windsor blocks, mid 2001 to 2004 have romeo
