I just bought a Steeda Quadrant Double Hook and a BBK Firewall Adjuster, my factory quadrant is killing me, missing teeth and etc. Im getting horrible pedal feel and missed shifts. Im aware with the steeda quadrant i should use the hook closest to the firewall with a firewall adjuster, im reusing the stock cable. Do I need to keep that big spring from behind the factory quadrant is that reused?? other than that it seems easy enough.
