Need some help figuring this out

Well a buddy and I have been outside in the freeezing cold trying to get the stang started. Adj the pass side rockers put everything back together and tryed starting her up.. nothing just barley turned over.. So we unplugged the mass air meter turned the car over and it started. It was a lil rough but it was running so we turn the car off plug it in.. try to start the car nothing.. so we unplug it starts up and we plug it in while running and it stays on.. What could that be.. Also the plugs smelled like gas pretty bad as well.. What do you guys think

Is the sensor all nasty? Wires broken?

The sensor didnt look bad at all. Ill have to check the wires to see how they are.. Im buying a new meter anyways but we are just trying to get the car started and running smooth after the rocker install

ill have to check it out. Today we are going to check the timing, replace all the plugs, check the fuel pressure since i have a adj one since the cars running rich and i didnt have the gauge installed yet. Ill let you know what happens later on tonight.
It was just nice to hear the car run at this point lol its been since Oct.
