Awful whistling noise coming from the engine bay. Also at the very end of the video keep your eye in the left exhaust tip and tell me what you think that is blowing out of it.

does it run awfull? does it have a cel on.

sounds to me like a vacumm leak. now keep in mind the IAC when the engine is cold can make that air sucking sound too.

the water out the tailpipe is normal.

first thing to test this is to hold the throttle slightly open i mean very slightly and pull the electrical connector off the iac while running. it the noise goes away it's the IAC valve ( and if the engine is cold this is normal)

if the noise is still there. what you can do is feel around the vaccum hoses and iac area and see if you can make the nosie change. it you can there is your vacumm leak.

do this and come back if you can'tfind it. then you can do the carb cleaner test.

I wouldnt worry about the water coming out of the tailpipe. My car didnt really do that until I had the cams put it, but it does now.

That's condensation from the tailpipes, nothing to worry about. Get behind a Kia sometime in traffic and watch how much condensation pours from their tailpipes when they take off.. our van pours out a TON.

Your video to me sounds like a vac leak, but you say you checked over everything, so I guess you can eliminate that if you're sure. Good luck .. and try the IAC advice above.

I'd check the connections at the rubber intake tube to the IAC hose for leaks first. Then, I'd unplug the hose at the IAC, and stick your thumb over the iac side and in the hose, and see if the noise goes away. If not, then check the rubber vaccum nipple thing on the bottom front left of the upper plenum, that has two red plastic lines coming out of it, Mine had a small hole in it for some reason, and was leaking there.

I cleaned the IAC and sprayed carb cleaner around the intake and hoses. Nothing happend. I am starting to think its a pulley or something of that nature. I guess I will just deal with it.

My raptor shift light started going off randomly as well. I can be cruising at 2 grand and it will start circling like I just turned the car on. I checked the ground and power wire and everything is secure

If I didn't already have 2,250.00 invested in after market crap I would trade it in and get a 03/04 Cobra.
