Need some quick advice...

So i dropped my 99 GT with some FRPP C-springs without the isolators in place, and it lowered it enough to screw with my camber enough that it isnt within tolerance.

I'm gonna go with MM c/c plates so i can get it aligned right, but should I also buy a bump steer kit if its that low enough to push my camber off? please dont move to tech itll never been seen there lol any comments or advice would be appreciated.

I ran into the same problem with my springs. However, I just bought some camber bolts to tie me over until I can afford some cc plates. They are enough to adjust +/- 1* of camber. As for the bumpsteer kit, I have one and I didn't really notice much difference. It does allow you to regain some of the lost geometry of the lowered front suspension.

yea see at the place i was at they wanted to charge me $170 for those bolts and installation and whatnot, when a regular alignment is on $50. I said screw that, i rather juts pick up a set of C/C plates for almost the same price, install them myself, and then have it aligned again. The toe was ok when they checked it, so I might not go with the bumpsteer kit, especially since you said ti dont make much of a difference

EDIT: and yeah i was about 1.14* out of spec (negative) on the camber.

When I said I didn't notice much difference, I should note that my car is only lowered 1 1/2" in front. If yours lowered more than that, then the bumpsteer kit might be necessary and more noticeable.

And yeah, that is rediculous to charge that much for the bolts +install. I paid like $30 or so for mine from Steeda. I just installed them myself and then took it in for an alignment.
