need to know the torque and sequence of header bolts

Well, no sequence that I'm aware of. You'll be lucky if you can get a socket on the bolts, I couldn't, so I just snugged them all real good with a wrench and haven't had any problems. Anyway, Hayes says 18-24 lb-ft for everything, 26-32 lb-ft for the Cobra.

You may want to put a little locktite on those suckers too. They have a tendecy to fall out. After first heat cycle, resnug all of them. Goodluck!

Yea, loctite is a good idea, 2 of my header bolts pulled themselves out and I retorqued by hand... you do not want the noise a loose header gives... makes you want to make a sharp turn into a center divider.
