I need to lower the front of my car another 1/2" over what I have now.
My car is a 04 GT convertible with the Eibach prokit, No isolators. The rear sits perfect.

What are my options?

I could do that, I really don't have anything against doing that, but I would like to see if I have any other options first (aside from coilovers). I've read through a lot of topics on that and it seems that, if done right, its ok on linear springs, but with progressives its a big no-no. Or is that BS?
How much would I cut to get 1/2"?

i've been noticing more and more that a lot of peoples cars with H&R's sit more even that i thought...

to answer the question: new thicker spring isolators in the rear...although you said the rear was perfect....other than removing isolators in front (which you already did) or cutting the springs, you have no more options except to get new lowering springs or go all out and spend lotsa money on coil-overs.

Its only .1 of a differnce from the rear (1.6F, 1.5R), but you can tell it sits lower, at least I know with my car you can. From pics I have I can see what your saying, looks kind of even front to rear. You really need to see it in person, when I actually look at my car and I am standing over it then you can really see the raked stance. I was thinking about taking out an isolator or two, to set it off a bit more, hmmmm.

I saw your car in that ProChamber/Rgular H pipe video. your car had an awesome stance and it does look raked...i meant that i've seen a couple peoples on stangnet and in person who have H&R SS and their rears actually sit even with the front and a couple peoples rears almost looked to be lower in back. It sucks how every car and every set of springs is different so you can never really know the exact lowering before you put them on a car.

on and on a side note....i got the MAC o/r H and i do hear that machine gun sound!! just like you described BlinkStang! LOL sounds like small gun shots at about 2800 - 3500. sure scares the **** outta people tho

Haha, yeah! When I was shooting that video in the parking garage there was a group of people on the bottom level standing near a car talking, I was about 3 floors up. When I was leaving they all gave me this horrified look and were all silent. It was too funny. I really like the sound after that machine gun noise around 5k RPM's, at highway speed it screams murder!

does steada still make the x2 balljoints. I seem to remeber that those may have lowered the car 1/2 up front.

other than that the only other options would be cut the springs, coilovers, k-member, or custom lower control arms.

Hmmm, well I'm not too sure what to do.

Lets look into the coilover route. My car is a 04 vert. If I got coilovers I would get MM for obvious reasons. I currently have Tokico HPs. I see they have a coilover kit for Tokicos, I'm wondering how they work with the HPs (I have the fox HPs as MM recomemded with lowering springs), I only really hear about people getting them with the Illuminas or Bilsteins.
How is the ride with them? My car is a daily driver on some bumpy roads and I don't want my fillings rattled out. It looks like I get to choose a spring rate? Suggestions?
Last problem, I'm not really sure if they will fit on my car. I have 18x9.5s up front with 275/35s. How much room do they take up?

I already have MM C/C plates so I'm good there.

Thanks!

It's funny how if you research the posts, Eibach seems to drop the rear more than the front. H&Rs (at least the SuperSports) drop lower in the front than the rears for a (21st Century) "rake" look... (In the 70's our "rake" was harsh)

My suggestion is if you don't want to change springs, look into a Steeda ball joint kit as mentioned above...
