Need WC T5 Help "NEED MANY REPLIES"

My problem is that I dropped my freshly rebuilt WC T5 for my 93 stang and broke off one of the bolt hole ears off the main case. This is one of the four holes used to bolt the tranny to the bellhousing. My question is, does anybody know if all WC T5 cases are the same? Coud I use one from a 4-banger or even one out of a CHEVROLET SLOMARO? None of the salvage yards in my area have a 5.0 mustang specific tranny, but they do have plenty of the above mentioned trannys. Tried surfing the net for any info and came up with nothing.

Any info or suggestions would help!!!

Like I said, I just paid to have it rebuilt. Besides, my pockets don't run that deep.

Technically the cases are the same excect the 5-R level on the 93-laters uses a pusher style spring while previous years.

The newer cases will work with older style internals but not vice versa.

Can you take a picture of the passenger side of the case so i can see if it's one of the newer cases or the older style?
