Since ive gotten the Mach,if I have to park it in a parking lot I will park in the middle of nowhere with a good 10-15 spaces away from other cars so that no one else will park next me.But just about everytime I come out there will be someone next to me if not a car on each side of me,and usually its the biggest piece of crap at that.Like the other night I ran upto a store and I parked like that,I come out and there is and old as hell Olds 88 next to me....all paint on the roof, trunk, and hood was gone and the entire driver side was basically a dent...problably cause they had their front seats laying in the backseat to drive:shrug: Now there was at least 20+ spaces closer up they could have parked in....BUT NO!They park right next too me.Really....Im begining to think thats its intentional.

Oh and I forgot to mention that some SOB put a hershey's kiss right in the middle of the shaker out of the wrapper while I was visiting my dad...I was parked in his driveway.....I wish I could of caught who did that....chocolate on metal in the Texas sun isnt cool.

i always attempt to do the same thing, if i go to McD's or somewhere like that i find the farther spot i can in the corner and put the tires a little into the other spot... gets dirty looks but most of the time they wont park. at school i NEVER EVER EVER park amongst the rest of the students, always the last possible parking spots in the lot. a little walk never hurt anyone.

my first car i had was a little mazda miata, got it when i was 16, after a few months of school it was parked quite a ways away from the other cars and some how some idiot backed into it and drove off. Only way we found out who it was that there was some paint exchange on both vehicles. 18 now and have the gt and i park even further away, most of the people there know if they hit that thing there's gonna be a :chair:

ive noticed, when i park by cars, usually nothing happens. but when im away from everything, it gives incentives for people to mess with the car thats all alone cause they know our car is our pride and joy.

That is probably so true. With my old gt it didnt matter, that car got so much abuse from other cars parked next to it tho.
At least im not as bad as my dad is about thses sorts of things. One day we were sitting in the parking lot talking while in his truck and this lady parks next to him and slings her door open right into his door...shook the whole truck, she gets out looks right him and smiled,as she is walking out he gets out to look at his door and there is a huge dent and scratches....what does he do....He lays his whole foot into her door of a 2 or 3 yr old caddy, she turned and looked him and all he did was smile back...sh kept walking, maybe because he's a 6'1 260lb biker that looks like a biker.

I know about that too,my first car was an 85 monte carlo SS,not a single scratch on it.I come out one day after school and someone had busted out every light on it.

I've done that twice in my life. It feels good to **** up someone else **** when they have no respect for yours.

Ive honestly never really done that for these reasons, but about 3 weeks ago me and my oldest son(14yrs) were walking into the store and while crossing a parking spot this college student in a beamer nearly hit us because we were walking in front on the spot he wanted,he wouldnt stop and I had to push my son outta the way and I still got very lightly clipped by him,I kindly gave him the finger and he gets out cussing with about every word you could think off and said that I should have moved outta his way, since my son was with me I kept my mouth shut...Ive got a really bad temper with crap like this.well while in the store I decieded that I needed 2 dozen eggs,we walked back out and there was his shiney Beamer,my son through the entire carton on 1 side and I did the other.I put a thank you note on his windshield saying dont be such an ******* next time.

Oh an Aggies are some of the most inconsiderate people you can ever meet.

If you have anything UT on (yourself, your car, etc.), yup. That hatred runs deep, and it is generally one way.

I DO NOT associate nor do I advertise any colleges, sports teams, hell I dont even watch any sports nor care for any sports or teams and even if I did that is NO EXCUSE for that kind of behavior.I lived in Waco for years and really never even knew there was Baylor there. But here you know.I have several aggies that live in my area.I always find their garbage in my yard(beer bottles and cups),constant loud music thurs-sat,fights in the street to the point of causing damage to others cars, and I have woke up in the morn to find their trucks parked right in the MIDDLE of MY yard, pissing in my yard in front of my kids,oh and ill never forget the pile of crap left in my driveway...literaly(police made the one that gave the party clean that).Due to these things that have happened I have a hard to respecting alot of them.I know not all are like that but it seems that the majority that Ive had dealings with are this way.

Oh and the one that recently told my 11yr old son to FU.

It always happens. Yesterday, at work I was so stressed that I just had to get away from work for lunch. I drove down to Wal-Mart (evil) parking lot and parked right smack in the middle of the parking lot. There were no vehicles within a 100 ft cirlce of my car.
I sat in the car listening to the radio. I was only there for 5 minutes before people started driving through the parking lot (through the spaces, not just the aisles) and turning around my car, dangerously close to it. Then after about 15 minutes of that, the biggest ****ing p.o.s. engine rattling, 10 different colors, 80 something dodge ramcharger with a freaking shrink wrap window, 8 pounds of dirt on it, four mismatched wheels, and what had to be everything they owned piled up in the back, parked right next to me.

To hell with it, I took off and drove around town for a little while.

You almost need a beater to go to Walmart these days. :nonono:

LOL, given the chance, I'll park my POS 88 mustang next to you too. I won't bang your door and I am pretty sure no dirt or loose paint will jump onto your car, but it sure as hell will piss you off. :D (ok, I don't really do this).

The other day, I was driving the 88 2.3 home from work. The turbo is starting to smoke at idle, and I had the exhaust cutout open since I was recently at the track. It's loud, but not painfully loud, I am easily drowned out by any harley davidson on the road. Anyway, I'm sitting at a light and to my right, there is a guy talking on his cellphone, of course he's not paying much attention. I pulled forward a little to be even with him, and he closed his front window so my loud exhaust wouldn't interupt his conversation. Then, my car started smoking and the wind blew it directly at his car. A few moments later the back window was going up. lol I wonder what he was telling the person on the other side? Probably 'this piece of S. mustang next to me is pissing me off'. lol

As for keeping cars I like nice: I'll usually pick a parking space that is next to a curb, then hug the curb when I pull in. That keeps the curb side safe because no one can park there, and the other side safer because there is a bit of extra room.
