new 04 cobra ( need help)

ok just got this baby last week does the gas miliage really suck that bad had a 96 gt wasnt this bad.What can i do to it ie. pullys, intake, chip, exhust not to void the warrenty cant get a real answer from my dealer. Any other idaes will be great

I was advised by my dealer, that Ford is getting really bad at looking for mods on SVT powertrain failures.

Also specifically told me not to chip it yet since this is a popular mod to the L. Even with a tuner, it will leave a code that the battery was disconnected and Ford would go a hunting.

here's how you fix your gas mileage problem:

1. Sell me your cobra

2. Buy a civic

Seriously, you buy a cobra and are concerned with your gas mileage? You can't make 390 horses and still get good mileage for a low price.
