I don't know why, but every time I see the Cervini's chin spoiler I think of Abe Lincoln.

No offense to the Grabber Orange fans, but it makes the stang look like a taxi. Not to mention the non-metallic color doesn't shine as nicely as the metallic paints. Vista Blue is by far my fave Mustang color. My second choice would be the silver, followed by Tungsten Grey. Alloy is too dark, but would be my 4th choice.

I have another black Ford and it's too hard to keep clean, not to mention the non-metallic paint looks pretty dull even when it is shined up. The metallic paints are much better. My dark blue Crown Vic looks pretty nice as well, and it is much darker than Vista Blue. Vista Blue would not look good on the Crown Vic, but the dark blue wouldn't look good on the Stang either.

The stripes put on by the dealer are decals. Having paid the extra cash, I would now rather have them painted with clear coat cover.

Thanks.

I find that what you describe is true of my car. It doesn't seem to be binding. It's smooth, but it does take a heavy push.

I like the blue. I had a 69 mach 1 and when I removed the red paint it had a nice blue underneath. Sad to say the guy restoring it, chopped it up on me, ran off with the cash and about 6 months later I found the cars remains in some back woods in upstate NY, but that is another story.......

Every car I have had for the last 19 years has been black or grey. I went the grabber orange to stand out and be a little different. That grabber blue someone posted in another thread is also a very nice color.

the correct way to shut the hood is to lift it up a little, and let it drop. pushing on it can cause damage to the hood.
