I am VERY happy to get this 68 to add to my collection today. This car came with all service records from the day it was new (original bill of sale included). Everything works the way it should on this car and drives like a new car. We put it up on a rack and found it was VERY clean underneath as you can see from the photos. This car will stay with me for a while.

let me know what you think.

Looks darn clean.

Kind of an idler arm gack in the frame, though. Post some pics of the shiny side.

old couple owned it since 68 except for the past year or 2 by someone else. Always lived in the Sacramento area. It is now a Houston Texas car. Been repainted once in the original color (receipts). I just got the car today from the transport company. I will be driving it along with my other ones. I like to drive the cars I own.

looks like the radiator needshelp too. man i can see a bunch of people nit picking your car now but that's ok, it will make that badass ride that much nicer. . it is a very nice car, and with a few minutes with a steam cleaner on the undercarriage it will be extremely nice :worship: i seriously see that competing in the thoroughbred class

forgot to add this. Can you believe it has 122,000 miles on it?

There is the Autorama here in Houston in 3 weeks. I am going to clean the engine bay up and put it into the daily driver class. I wonder how it will do.

122,000? looks more like 22,000. i'm serious that car should be in thoroughbred class or at least concourse driver and i don't think it would take much work either at least judging from the underside

Beautiful car, the funny thing is when I saw the first picture that showed houses in them I immediatly thought it was Houston.

Pictures can be deceiving, but if I were to walk up to the car, see that the odo said 22,000, and then look it over carefully, I think I'd easily believe that it was 22,000 actual, not 122,000. Are you sure it has rolled over?

I've personally witnessed two cases where people got royally f**ked by the DMV over this. They got a low mileage car titled to them, and the stooge DMV inspector assumed that no 35 year-old car could have 22,000 miles or whatever on it, and either typed in 122,000 or checked the "exceeds mechanical limits" box on the odo statement.
