I want to say thank you to all the forum members that have spread the word and even purchased the all new 03 Cobra Deep Dish Rims.

We also appreciate all of the feedback we have been getting as well. We have been getting requests for this rim to be done in the 18" and we think it would be a good idea as well. We are going to see if the factory has any interest in the 18" staggered in the intimidate future.

These are brand new. Not sure how these compare to what may have been the first run. This is it unless there is another version coming out at a later time but I am not personally aware of anything. The huge advantage of these wheels are that the 9's and 10.5's are the the low 20's in weight. The standard 03 Cobra Wheels were 30+ lbs. BIG DIFFERENCE IN WEIGHT. These are lighter and very strong according to there load ratings. Great Drag strip wheel!

Mike....is there any chance that the DD-'03 Cobra Wheels will be offered in a Machined finish, like the factory wheel?

These may indeed be offered in the machined finish. There are a few prototypes that are being made to see what they look like by the factory. If all turns out well we may see the Machined version put into production. No guarantees on this of course because it all depends on what is thought of the prototypes when in. However, even if the factory were given the ok tomorrow it would realistically be about 90 or more days before we would see a container of them. I will keep you posted though if I hear anything on the machined possibly go full production.
