New 2011 GT Brembo

I just got a 2011 GT Brembo with the 3.73 gear. Great car, prior to this one I owned a 2002 Porsche Carrera (modified suspension) and a 2005 Infiniti G35 coupe. My GT feels great compared to my old Carrera. The only things that bother me is the Sync system, most of the time does not follow up the instruction requested, also the automatic dimming rear view mirror does not work. Twice I toke my car to the dealer, and they don't find the issue. Anybody else with the same issue?. Any advice?
If you activate the Sync "vehicle health report", the way that you drive (example, if you race), could it be monitored for warranty purpose?
