I agree dart is a nice block but if it's a mild build the money isn't worth it.

Flavadave4 that would look sick in a fox, some serious bux though .

Build it right the first time, with a Dart block. I used a stock block and I regret my decision to this day.

Unfortunately, anything and everything 4.6L became obsolete the very instant the Coyote was released. I used to think the aluminator was cool, too.

True, maybe they will become less expensive?

One would hope!

I did notice that the price of 3V engines has dropped a lot.

If your going to be happy in the long run I have heard that stock blocks with a girdle and good machining they should be able to run close to 400 hp n/a. But if you ever plan on a turbo or s\c get a dart shp or boss block. They are about the same price around 1700.00. I have a 76mm turbo and at 6psi it split the block right down the middle. chunks of the main journals fell out when i took the crank out. The webbing in the stock block is super thin. I am impatiently waiting for my 331 dart right now. yes it is an expensive build but i will be able to run it hard for a long time. I was going to put another stock block in and my beautiful wife said why the ***k are you gonna do that get the one that will last. Man i love that woman
