So i spent the whole day today trying to freshen up the front suspension on the mustang. I got to the balljoints and removed the passenger side first and dang did i get scared when that thing popped lol. However when i put in the new one it went in with ease. There is also some play in it, i know this is a nono that thing is supposed to be super tight on there. Any suggestions?

EDIT: I forgot to mention that the lbj's are an ebay brand not moog or anything like that, so im guessing i need to get ones that are oversized but i cannot find them anywhere.

Are you sure they are fully seated?

Yes I pressed them in all the way. What a friend told me is that once you pop the original ones out the a arm hole where the lbj goes gets bigger therefore you have to put an oversize one. I installed some ebay brand one so I'm guessing if moog already figured this and made them oversize

Never heard of this, but I have yet to change the ball joints on this car. Sounds like some Mickey Mouse ***** if you ask me.

Good luck, and please post what you figure out for future reference.
