NEW BATTERY upgrade

Hey, I got a weak battery that I need to replace. I'm also going to do spark and wires, coils change while I'm AT IT. My question is, is there a difference in a battery upgrade? If so can any1 suggest a brand I should get. I ask cuz I saw a steeda battery for like 200 dollars, and I'm like wow. does thatreally makes a difference. I know it might be a dumb question, but I'm new and I left my pride at the door way b4 I entered this forum. Thanks.

What year Mustang is this? I wouldn't dump a bunch of money into replacing perfectly good coil packs and wires if you really don't need em. If all you need is a new battery, get a good brand such as Interstate, Motorcraft or Sears Diehard and be done with it.
A Steeda battery - surely it's someone elses battery with their name on it and a jacked up price.

Unless you really need a performance battery for a bunch of aftermarket electronics and/or a demanding ignition, just stick with batteries like the motorcraft and others. Depending on your mileage, you shouldnt have to do spark plugs (if you were considering them). Unless you need colder plugs, you could get away with just inspecting them. Ford's platinum spark plugs are rated for 100k to meet government requirements/standards with (i think) emissions. Also, forget about the coils. They will run you a few hundred bucks and you dont even need them.
