Ran my new personal best tonight at New England Dragway. Yesterday I installed "C" springs and CHE T/S upper and lower control arms and was wondering if the springs would hurt my 60 ft. The car was launching great tonight(for me anyway) and got my best 60ft times yet.

Tonight's best:

R/T .003
60' 1.778
330 5.322
1/8 8.289
MPH 82.33
1000 10.857
1/4 13.024
MPH 104.15

I know I can get a better 60ft, but ran out of time tonight.
My car is at full weight with leather seats and 1/2 tank of fuel. My goal is to do a 12.99 on this setup.........so close.......

Pretty sure your car is a freak, or you are the best driver evar.

You are pulling amazing times for your mods IMO.

I could only wish for my car to pull 13 flat with a few bolts ons and gears.

I knew someone would say that. I'll post my time slip tonight. Check out this link if you don't believe a mustang will run these numbers.........ever hear of Bill Putnam? I'm trying to do it without any weight loss(got the spare tire and jack out though).

Yeah, I had my brother Pete tune it for me. I just came back from the Tasca Ford event at NED, I pulled a 12.975@103.68 on my first run! Finally reached my goal!

Here's a pic of my car with #409 on it. Taken this morning at the track. I can't give you any more than that dude!

CAI, Plenum/TB, shorty headers, catted xpipe, cat-back, pullies, sct tuned. Drove accross the scales there too: 3452 lbs with me in it and 1/2 tank. It's ALL in the 60 FT!
251 hp 281 tq on the dyno.

Thanks man. A year ago I was trying to break into the 13's. It's taken me a while to learn how to do a proper burnout and launch the car. When I first got my drag radials I pulled a 13.7 with a 1.9 60 ft with my car only having a cai, welded in flowmaster mufflers, 4.10's and a mail order tune(and a steeda shifter so I wouldn't miss 3rd anymore). If I knew more then, I could have done better. Before that I was stuck in the 13.9/14.0's.

Hello naysayers, this lennstang, ov10stang's(Cal's) brother. He's been knocking on the 12 second sonic barrier for months now and deserve's it. Almost had it last night. Saw it with my own eye's this morning, on his 1st run! The air was awesome at the track today. Air density reading said 20' above sea level. I'm sure that helped. Everyone was running good. Good job Cal!
