jeesh this thread got ugly....

whats the big deal. the guy can drive, leave it be.

i say congrats, the guy gets better times than a lot of terminator people i see run...

its all driver (and drag tires) jesus, give lance armstrong a wal*mart 10 speed, and you take his bike, i bet he smokes your ass......

and nice way to represent new hampshire, i always knew we were the best at the track.....

wow there area lot of newbs around here... look at the 60ft and look at the mph... 1.7 & 103mph

1.7 is as quick as STi's, VR-4's, etc... 103mph is right for the mods he has.. if he had NOS his mph would be close to 110-115mph

To everyone else it has been established that 2v can go 12's provided. 1. You have or are a bada$$ driver ( aka jackie) 2. You have tires that hook 3. you have good weather conditions 4. the track is prepped well and hooking 5. BAD A$$ driver really needed saying twice.

Hahahahah wow! I missed this thread when it originally started.

I don't understand all this bitching about 12s not being possible with bolt-ons. Here are some vids of my GT w/ 4.10, ET Drag slicks on Weld Racing wheels, tuned Predator, OR h-pipe and catbacks:
12.94 against a '03 Cobra
12.96 against a '06 C6 'Vette
12.97 against a '03 Cobra
12.99 against a '05 GT

And so on... With low-mid 1.70s 60 fts and under good weather, it's possible.
