The job satisfaction alone is worth the heavy effort
When you get down to replacing o rings in calipers and a new piston with a little air pressure and finesse
It all starts to come together (the harder the job the more you will feel great when done)
Learned when replacing the waterpump on a Alpha Romeo one day why those Italian ladies have such nice knockers
Keep some good wine or whisky close
Just do not drink too much before the repairs are done

No doubt about that... I got a P0345 & P0349 codes right now & after some research I think I narrow down the issue 2 VCT Silinoid & Cam Phaser Sproket. So about Replace that which its perfect since I was told by last mechanic 2 work on my car that I need 2 replace the Valve cover gaskets. Got a quote of between $600-650 for him 2 do the job and that was just 2 replace the gaskets....So I"ll say I'm saving my self TONS of $$ when doing my own car repairs

Funny thing, the 1st time i replaced my own front brakes, I found my self unable 2 remove 1 of the caliper sliding pins from the caliper bracket (so frustrating). So of course the car gods in their infinite wisdom decided 2 bestow upon me the gift of a seized caliper sliding pin (Couple of thoughts went through my head. "The car gods were either bored or they were women haha) either way I saw it fit 2 use a few cursed words 2 thanked them 4 their gift. Anyways, after a couple days of failure, I finally found a method that worked in removing that sliding pin & was able 2 finish. Now even though i was dirty, tired (physically & mentally) not even after hearing my woman "Took you long enough" smart ass comment (Hater haha). Nothing can bring down the sweet satisfaction u get when u tighten that last bolt & say out loud "DONE!"

Nice job man! You'd be surprised what you can accomplish after watching a few videos and using some patience. In the past I had a 2007 Mustang GT/CS what I put a Roush blower on in the driveway, and did full BMR suspension parts as well.
